Indian Army Technical Entry 2011 M.E.R. Exam

Indian Army Soldiers (Technical) M.E.R. Exam will be conducted in 2011for recruiting personnel to the Indian Army; one of the subdivisions of the Indian Armed Forces obligated for taking land based military operations in India. Each year, the Indian Army Soldiers (Technical) M.E.R. Exam is obliged for recruiting personnel to the Indian Army, qualifying which the short listed candidates are contributed the required training to become fully capable of dedicating themselves to the honorable task of safeguarding the nation. Indian Army Soldiers (Technical) M.E.R. Examination will be hold exam in 2011 for recruitment of the well qualified candidates in Indian Army.

Eligibility Conditions: Unmarried male Indian citizens (including those of Nepal) are eligible.

Essential Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent with Mathematics, English and Science.

Age Limits: The age group of 16 to 23 years.

Physical Standards: Physical Standards for Indian Army Soldiers (Technical) M.E.R. Examination.
Height: 167 cms, relaxable for certain regions.
Weight: 50 kg, relaxable for certain regions.
Chest: 77/82 cm.

Application Procedure: Blank application forms are available, free of cost, at local Recruitment Offices, District Collector’s Office, Zila Parishads and Employment Exchanges. Candidates are at liberty to send their application on plain paper, handwritten/typed but as per format.

Selection Procedure: Selections for the Indian Army Soldiers (Technical) M.E.R. Exam are made on the basis of a written test divided into 2 parts.

Paper pattern
Paper I (Time: 45 minutes-Max. Marks: I00)
Paper II (Time: 45minutes-Max. Marks: 100)
In this paper, there are questions of about 30 marks in Physics, 20 marks in Chemistry and 50 marks of Menstruation (Areas and Volumes), Algebra, Trigonometry and Arithmetic, etc.

Note: Questions will be of the Objective type and in Hindi and English. Only those fit will be cleared by Aptitude Test and Interview. Final selection shall be on merit.

Indian Army Soldiers Promotion Facilities:
A candidate gave back by the Indian Army Soldiers (Technical) M.E.R. Exam may become a Commissioned Officer subject to certain conditions. Numerous NCO / JCO posts have been made to improve career prospectus and post retirement benefits.

    i want to join in indian army in technical.i am from andhrapradesh.i compleated my intermediate with 71.5%.i heard the news is there any recrument in december 2010 in kharimnagar district?
    plz inform me.i want to join in indian army.
