VTU Correspondence Engineering (B.E) Bangalore
Bangalore University was based on July 10, 1964 as a federal univ with legal power extended to the greater Bangalore city. Initially, the university was built around two Prime Minister Centers of learning, The Central College and The University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering. With the proclamation of the Karnataka State Universities Ordinance 1975, which aimed at adding uniform law for all the Universities in the State, the univ lost its federal character and became an associating university offers regular & correspondence courses (Distance education)
