The Uranium Corporation of India Limited (UCIL) was founded in 1967 as a government sphere enterprise, under the administrative control of the Department of Atomic Energy, with the aim of Mining and Processing of uranium ore to make uranium concentrate. The focus has been on efficiency, cost effective as well as on environmental safety. The new mine has been started at Narwapahar. The working plant at Jadguda has been elaborated to process this extra ore. Now the overall processing capacity of the Uranium Mill is 2090 MTPD. The Uranium Corporation of India Limited (UCIL) recruited the candidates in 2010 for below mentioned posts, in 2011 the Uranium Corporation of India Limited (UCIL) may open the vacancies for the same posts, the related details are given below:-
Supdt.(Mech.)/ Addl Supdt.(Mech.)
Educational Qualification: BE/ BTECH (Mechanical) from a University/recognized Institution.
Work Experience: 12/ 09 years post qualification working experience in maintenance of underground equipments / mineral processing equipments in a reputed mining company.
Other Skills: The candidate would have thorough knowledge of maintenance of Winders/ Crushers/Ball Mills/ Filters etc.
Age Limit:- Maximum 40 years/ 35 years
Supdt.(Electrical)/ Addl Supdt.(Elect.)
Educational Qualification: BE/ BTECH (Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering) from a University/recognized Institution.
Work Experience: At least, 12/09 years post qualification working experience in the fields of Metal Mine, Mineral Beneficiation plants, VVVF Drives, D.C. Speed controls through Thyristor Converters and PLC, Control Systems, H.T & L.T. Motors, Switchgears, Operation and Maintenance of EHV upto 132 KV Switchyards and Substations.
Age Limit:- Maximum 40 years/ 35 years
Dy. Manager (EDP)
Educational Qualification: BE/ BTECH (Computer Science Engineering)/ MCA from a University/recognized Institution.
Work Experience: At least, 12 years post qualification experience in Accounts Department of PSU/large concerns preferably in Mining & Processing, having exposure in the areas like Works Accounting, Project Accounting and finalization of Accounts and Taxation. He should have worked in computerized environment and have knowledge of ORACLE, Database & preparation of forms and reports.
Age Limit:- Maximum 40 years
Asstt.Manager(EDP)/ Sr. Programmer
Educational Qualification: BE/ BTECH (Computer Science Engineering)/ MCA from a University/recognized Institution.
Work Experience: 10 years of experience in the area of OMMS, Pay Roll, Oracle Base, Financial Accounting (OLFAS), Depreciation and Provident Fund with able to work on AIX (IBM UNIX), ORACLE 8i/9i/10g, D2K, Pro Cobol/Pro C.
Age Limit:- Maximum 35 years
