UPCAT 2010 Blog
Uttar Pradesh Common Admission Test (UPCAT) is an examination carried on each for admission to the seats against the management quota in the various private medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh. The examination is conducted to ensure that the seats against the management quota are also filled according to the merit of the students.
Important dates
1. April – Application forms are available.
2. May – Deadline for submission of completed application form.
3. Last week of May – Date of common entrance test.
4. Mid of June – Declaration of result.
5. Third week of July – Counseling for admission.
Eligibility
Age Limit: Only those candidates, whose date of birth falls on or before 31st December, 1990 (atleast 17 years of age as on 31st December, 2008) are eligible to apply. Date of birth as recorded in High school / ICSE or its equivalent certificate will be taken as accepted.
