Maharashtra State Eligibility Test for Lectureship (SET) took by University Of Pune As a state Agency. The U.G.C. has accredited the SET examinations comprising held by the University of Pune as the State Agency of the Government of Maharashtra and at the Government of Goa. As per UGC guidelines, SET specified candidates shall be qualified to apply for the post of lecturer only in the Universities/Colleges belonging to the same state whose SET Examination they have cleared. The NET or the combined Test empowers the candidate to obtain the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) of the UGC /CSIR and / or makes him / her eligible for being equipped / recognized as lecturer.

Date of examination: Sunday, 8th August 2010
Online Form Submission: 26th May 2010 (11.00 a.m.) to 19th June 2010 (6.00 p.m.)
Last Date of Hard Copy Submission: 24th June 2010 (6.00 p.m.)
