In 2009 it conducted an exam for recruitment to the posts of Tax Assistant Non – Gazetted Group C Ministerial Post in the several Commission rates of Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) and Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC). SSC (Staff Selection Commission) takes a written test and skill test for recruitment of Tax Assistants. The examination is directed in 2 divisions: Part I: Written Examination, Part II: Skill Test.
