The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) was launched in 1936, as the Sir Dorabji Tata Graduate School of Social Work. In 1944, the Sir Dorabji Tata Graduate School of Social Work was named as the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. The Master of Health Administration and Master of Hospital Administration programmes purpose to grow a cadre of professional managers in the health sector. The Master of Hospital Administration (Hospital) programme educates students for leadership roles in the hospital sector through training in planning, operational and protrudes management of hospitals including orientation in the managerial aspects of clinical and support services departments.

Eligibility
The candidates must hold a Bachelors Degree (10+2+3) from a recognized University in any discipline with at least 50% Marks in aggregate.
