Tamil Nadu Health Systems Project TNHSP
The Tamil Nadu Health Systems Project (TNHSP) is to enforce the Health Policy formulated by the Tamil Nadu Government in 2003. It is to face the disputes of non-transmittable diseases and to improve the healthcare facilities and the substructure across the State of Tamil Nadu. The Tamil Nadu Health Systems Project is sanctioned by the World Bank and got an aid to the tune of over Rs. 500 crores. This project will be enforced in a period of about 5 years which ends in September 2010.
