Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will Cause to remain in a certain position, on open competitive examination for recruitment to the posts of Section Officer (Commercial Audit) Group B Non – Gazetted Post in the office of Comptroller and Audit General. SSC conducts an entrance exam for recruitment of Section Officers (SOs). The recruitment exam for Section Officer (Commercial Audit) Examination-2011 Staff Selection Commission (SSC) was held on June, 2011 as an open competitive examination for recruitment to the posts of Section Officer (Commercial Audit) Group B Non- Gazetted Port in the office of Comptroller and Audit General all over Country. In 2011 the SSC department may open the vacancy for the same posts, the related details are given bellow:-
Position: Section Officer (Commercial Audit)
Age Limit: The age limit set for the posts of Inspector of Income Tax, Inspector is 18-27 years as on End of March 2011 is set as the age limit for the remaining posts.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce of a recognized University/ CA/ ICWA/CS from recognized institutions.

Mode of applying
Application in prescribed format should reach the Regional Offices of the SSC. The envelope containing the application should be super scribed as “APPLICATION FOR RECRUITMENT OF SECTION OFFICER (COMMERCIAL AUDIT), 2011″ and the name of the centre.
Selection Procedure:
Selection of the candidate will be based on the personal interview and written test of the candidate. The candidate selection is also based on the rules and regulation of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC).
Written Exam: The Examination will consist of two stages/parts viz. Part-I: Written Examination carrying 400 marks, and Part-II: Personality Test (Interview) carrying maximum of 100 marks.
Part I (Written Exam): the written exam will be conducted on mid week of June and will consist of two papers as Paper-I (General Awareness – 75 marks, Arithmetical Ability – 50 marks and English 75 marks) and Paper-II (conventional Type – Commerce – 200 marks)
