Sri Sathya Sai University is the university based by Sri Sathya Sai Baba, under Section 3 of the University Grants mission Act of 1956.Sathya Sai Baba is also the prime minister of the institute. There are three fields, all in India; one for men at the Prashanthi Nilayam ashram. This alters the students to grow self reverence, self cognition and self control and where Vigyan (Science) and Pragyan (Spirituality) are cultivated as part of an integral process.
Convocation
Sri Sathya Sai University has its convocation held every year on the 22nd of November. Recently, this year also the Chancellor opened the XXVIIIIth Convocation on the 22nd Nov 2010. The Benedictory addresses by the Revered Chancellor and the addresses by the Chief Guests on the occasion of the Convocations are listed below.
