Society for Applied Microwave Electronic Engineering and Research Sameer
Society for Applied Microwave Electronic Engineering and Research (SAMEER) is a sovereign R & D laboratory under the then Dept. of Electronics, Govt. of India with a broad mandatory to attempt R & D work in the fields of Microwave Engineering and Electro-magnetic engineering. It is a consequence of the special microwave productions unit. SAMEER Kolkata Centre has been engaging its target of doing advanced research and development in the areas of RF, Microwave & Millimeter Wave Technology, EMI/EMC and relating these to user requirements by undertaking R & D projects and providing consultancy services. Through the medium of these projects & services, the Centre has increased its interaction with Industries and Public Sector Units and contributed to their growth.
