C B Bhave is the chairman of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Prior to this, Shri Bhave was Chairman and Managing Director of the National Securities Depository Ltd. (NSDL) speaking the student community, Bhave said leveraged words might assistance mint money when the becoming is good, but the downside could be wonderful if the bet goes wrong.
“If you are big and if you have extravagant leverage and if you come down, then you will contribute the whole organization down,” he added. He brought out the fact that “major US banks were containing a leverage of 30 to 40 times” when they accepted to the global economic downturn.
