Introduction
Sanskrit University is called as Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit. Sanskrit University was launched in 1993 in Kalady, on the banks of the river Poorna in Kerala. Besides performing academic courses, it also works towards the publication and conservation of holographs and books in Sanskrit and other languages. It is a non-associating University having jurisdiction all over Kerala.
