RPET 2011 Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test
Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test (RPET) is an entrance examination for admission into undergraduate programs offered by several colleges in the state of Rajasthan.
Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan is inviting application from eligible candidates of Rajasthan resident for the registration of Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test – 2011 for admission to first year of undergraduate programmes heading to Bachlor`s degree in various subjects of Engineering (B . Tech / BE) in various Govt. aided add Private unaided technical institutions of Rajasthan (except BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur and other Deemed & Private Universities) for the session 2011-2012.
Qualifications
For admission to B Tech / BE program in Rajasthan candidate must have pass in the final exam of 10+2 (Class xii) of Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan or any other examination recognized Board by Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan with following subjects:- other optional subjects B Tech / Physics & Chemistry Bio-Technology, BE Mathematics, Computer Science, Biology. Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination (10+2) in 2011can also apply.
Age limit:
The candidates whose date of birth comes on or after October 01, 1986 are eligible, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e. SC, ST, and PH candidates who were born on or after October 01, 1980 are eligible. Date of Birth as recorded in the Secondary Education Mark sheet / certificate only will be accepted as genuine.
Examination scheme:
RPET-2011 will dwell of single examination of 3 hours duration consisting forty objective type questions in each of the subjects of Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. The total no. of questions will be 120 carrying one mark each.
Availability of application form: The Application Form with all applicable material will be available for sale from the branches of UCO Bank during banking hours (10.00 AM to 4.00 PM, on Saturday 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM) against cash payment (inclusive of examination fees).
RPET Admit Card
Admission Card for RPET-201 shall be sent to the candidate at his/her address as referred in RPET- 2011 Application Form. The Coordinator RPET-2011 appropriate the right to withdraw the permission allowed by mistake to a candidate who is not eligible to come out at the RPET-2011 even though the Admission Card has been emerged and developed by the candidate before the Centre Superintendent of RPET-2011.
