Research designs and standards organization’s mission is for gadget of forming the management is sub-separated into 5 units of measurement. Each unit is guided by Director/Joint Director, conducting with several track elements and associated field. Drawings for thick web switches 60kg (ZU-1-60) with 160mm throw has been settled with clamp lock and spring setting device.
Railway Board has determined to use thick web switches on entire Group ‘A’ routes and other high density routes having annual traffic density of 20GMT and more. RDSO was allotted the research lab test for study of the mechanism of flaw increase rate in the nineteen rail samples got from RTRI/Japan, TTCI/USA and SPOORNET/South Africa besides Indian Railways by simulating area conditions.

i) who is authority for inspection of Improved Switch Expansion Joints 52 Kg on PSC Sleepers (with 80 mm gap max) as per Drg No. RDSO/T-6914 being manufatured by Rahee Track Technologies Pvt. Ltd./Kolkatta. whether RDSO or RITES/Kolkata
ii) Drawing Nos of all components/fittings required for Improved Switch Expansion Joints 52 Kg on PSC Sleepers (with 80 mm gap max) as per Drg No. RDSO/T-6914, may please be furnished.

If a PSC 1IN 12 Turnout laid in curve please give sleeper spacing I have spacing of PSCTurnout when laid in Straight
