JEST exam is ordinarily held on February -March. Using the JEST results, regarded institute will call a limited number of candidates for its next selection process depending on its requirements. Eligibility for admissions
Students should have a first class M.Sc. degree in Physics or Chemistry or a first class B.E. or equivalent degree in Engineering. Students who expect to complete their degree in the academic year 2010-11 may also apply. Applicants for research in Physics must have appeared for the Joint Entrance Screening Test 2011 (JEST 2011).
