Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test QLTT
The Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test (QLTT) is the transition test that modifies assurance lawyers to specify as lawyers in England and Wales. CLT is fully formalized by the Solicitors Regulation Authority as a recognized testing organization for the QLTT. The Qualified Lawyers Transfer Regulations (QLTR) admits certain abroad attorneys and other UK specified lawyers to become characterized as solicitors in England and Wales. Qualified lawyers from international the European Union are also needed to show that they have acquired 2 years’ experience of working in legal practice in a common law jurisdiction.
