A professional approach is being adopted for the implementation of IT Projects using the services of e-governance experts and consultants from corporates and academia. CHiPS includes Minister for Finance & Commercial Taxes, Minister for Commerce & Industry, Minister for Education, and Minister for Panchayat and Rural Development, Chief Secretary, eminent persons from IT industry and a representative from the Ministry of Information Technology in Government of India.
