The Punjab Agricultural University was founded in 1962 to assist the state of erstwhile Punjab. Applications are called for from the candidates occupying in Punjab and Union Territory of Chandigarh for admission to the UG and PG programmes in the field of Agronomy, Entomology, Food Technology, Vegetable Crops, Floriculture and Landscaping, Plant Breeding and Genetics, Plant Pathology, Soil, Forestry, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Botany and other for the academic session 2010-11.
The course catalogue can be got from the Director, PAU Regional Research Station, Gurdaspur. The application form can also be downloaded from University website.
