do u have any B.sc course?

Passed m.phil in commerce in year 2009 ; recieved DMC issued dated 20-03-09
; sent a application form for issue of Degree Certificate duly filled along with all certificates & DD no 001354 of Rs550/- issued dated13-05-2010 but no reply
this formality was completed second time
plz advice me the right way / person to apprpach the institute for the early recovery of Degree Certificate
