The Board of Secondary Education, Orissa is a component incorporated by the Orissa Secondary Education Act, 1953. It governs operates and formulates Secondary Education in the State of Orissa. It supplies many courses in order to fit out students for diverse jobs, to train them for University education and to fit out them for several cultural intentions. It analyzes those who have finished a dictated course of study and grants certificates to the prosperous candidates. Besides, it acts all other things which are consequent to the above.
