ONGC was arranged a recruitment in 2010 drive for employees in branches such as Mechanical, Drilling, Production, Instrumentation, Chemistry, E&T, Geology, Civil, Reservoir, Geophysics, Programming & Security and Finance & Accounts. In 2011 it may open the vacancies for the same positions, so the related details are given below:-
Age Limit: 33 years As on End of May, 2011 for all posts expect Drilling and cementing.
Selection Process
Eligible candidates will be called to appear for written test dwelling of 2 papers namely General Awareness and Subject / Specialization concerned. The candidates who clear the written test will be called for psychometric test and interview as per merit and standards determined by the Management.
Tentative dates
The written examination will be tentatively scheduled on mid of June 2011. (The exact date of the test will be communicated to the candidates by admit card and will also be available on ONGC website (www.ongcindia.com).
How to Apply
Eligible appliers would be needed to apply Online only through the link: www.ongcindia.com. No other mean of application will be endured. Before registering/submitting their applications on the website the candidates must have a valid E-mail ID and service to take Printout of the Challan form and Registration Slip. The candidate may access the online application form at www.ongcindia.com. The online registration site will be open from end of April, 2011 to End of May, 2011. All agreement with candidates will be done by E-mail only.
