National Talent Search Scheme is a flagship activity of the NCERT set out in the year 1963. The intention of the scheme was to identify talented students and nurture their talent NCERT conducts the National Talent Search Examination for students examine in Class VIII only. There is a two-stage selection procedure for award of scholarship.
National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is act every year by NCERT, New Delhi. By NTSE, talented students are honoured and helped by providing financial assistance in the form of a monthly scholarship
