NMAT 2011 Narsee Monjee Management Aptitude Test
NMIMS (Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies) conducts NMAT (Narsee Monjee Management Aptitude Test), effective from 2010 is now conduct an online admission test in India and overseas during a predetermined 10 days time period for admission to various programs.

Eligibility for NMAT 2011:
NMAT for MBA Core:
Graduate’s Degree (10+2+3) in any subject from a accredited University with
50% marks in the aggregate. Examinees appearing for the final year degree exam can also apply. 2 years post qualification work experience will be preferred.
NMAT for MBA Actuarial Science:
Examinees should have attained any of the following Educational Standards with
Min 50% marks in the aggregate at the Graduate/PG degree Stage examination.
Graduate’s Degree (10+2+3) in Statistics / Mathematics / Engineering /
Economics / Computer Science / Allied Sciences with min 50% marks in the aggregate. 2 years post qualification work experience will be preferred.
Graduate or PG with Mathematical disciplines required. For this purpose, the following constitute mathematical disciplines:
Mathematics or any of its branches
Statistics or any of its sub classification such as Mathematical Statistics and
Applied Statistics
Economics
Computer Science
Any discipline of Engineering
Physics or its allied branches
Eligibility Criteria
NMAT for MBA Phamraceutical Management:
Graduate’s Degree (10+2+3) in Life Sciences/Pharmacy, Microbiology, bio-tech and bio-chemistry from a accredited University with min 50% marks in the aggregate. PG in Sociology/psychology/Economics/Anthropology is also qualified. 2 years post qualification work experience will be preferred.
NMAT for Ph.D. Programme:
Examinees with requisite qualifications may be drawn from any following streams:
Master’s degree or equal in relevant subjects such as humanities, social sciences, pure sciences and Commerce, from a recognized university/ deemed university/ institution accredited through the AIU (Association of Indian Universities).
PG Diploma in Business Administration, considered equal to MBA through AIU.
NMAT for Part Time MBA:
Graduate’s Degree (10+2+3) in any subject from a accredited University or an equal educational pattern accredited through the UGC & AIU. 3 years post qualification work experience in Supervisory/Executive Cadre as on December 2010 is essential.
NMAT for Full Time EPGDBM (Bangalore Campus):
Graduate’s Degree (10+2+3) in any subject from an accredited University or an Equal pattern accredited through the UGC & AIU with min 50% marks in the aggregate. 5 years post qualification work experience in Supervisory/ Executive
Cadre as on December 2010 is essential.
Eligibility Criteria for International candidates:
Graduate’s Degree in any discipline from accredited University through the Association of Indian Universities with min 50% marks in aggregate or ‘B’ Grade / equivalent CGPA. 2 years post qualification work experience will be preferred.
Examinees from countries, or Indians working in countries, other than listed test centers, require having valid GMAT score of 650 and above.
Key Dates (Tentative):
1st week of May, 2011 will be the date of NMAT Test
Last week of May 2011 will be the date for Personal Interview

Selection Procedure: The Selection Process based on NMAT Score, Written Test marks, Group Discussion, Personal Interview, Presentation and work experience. Written Test will be for 30 minutes.
