National Institute of Technology erstwhile Regional Engineering College Kurukshetra, was founded in the year 1962 as a govt. of Haryana college, which afterwards came into the horizon of The Central Government of India under the NIT Act 2002, and since then this college is awarded the status of a deemed university. Eligibility Criteria for M.E./ M.Tech program:-
A candidate must have passed B.E./ Bsc./ B.Tech with atleast 50% in PCM for general category students. SC/ST candidates need to have atleast 45% aggregate in PCM.
Eligibility Criteria for BE/ B.Tech Exam:
A candidate must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics along with English in class 12th with an aggregate of atleast 50% in PCM for general category students. SC/ST candidates need to have atleast 45% aggregate in PCM.
How to apply
The application form for admission in National Institute of Technology (Deemed University) Kurukshetra – 136119 can be got by cash payment from admission office of The Institute by cash payment and by Sending DD. The candidate may also download application form through the official website. After filling the application form along with all expected enclosures and Fee through DD to admission office of institute submit it on the below given address before the last date of Receipt application form.
Selection process:
Candidates will be shortlisted on the base of their entrance test marks. The shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection procedure dwelling of a Personal Interview & Group Discussion after which the final selections are made.
