NID 2011 Exam National Institute of Design
The National Institute of Design (NID) is internationally Praise vociferously as one of the foremost multi-disciplinary institutions in the field of design education and research. NID offers professional education programmes at Undergraduate and Post Graduate level with five faculty streams and 17 diverse design domains. Admission in undergraduate Diploma programs is done through an entrance examination, known as National Entrance Examination for Design (NEED). The candidates scoring qualifying marks in the entrance examination are then called for studio test and a personal interview

Courses offered
The institute offers two kinds of courses:
Graduate Diploma Programme in Design (GDPD)
Post-graduate Diploma Programme in Design (PGDPD)

Eligibility:
Undergraduate:
Candidates who have completed their 10+2 level or equivalent exams like AISSCE/ IB/ ICSE etc are eligible to pursue undergraduate diploma courses.

Post Graduate Diploma:
General Eligibility
Candidates who have completed graduation or going to appear in the qualifying exam are eligible. The upper age limit is 27 years; a relaxation of three year is given to the reserved categories. A candidate with work experience would get advantage.

How to apply
Application form and prospectus can be obtained on payment of prescribed fees or by Demand Draft drawn in favour of “National Institute of Design” payable at Ahmedabad.

    What arr the scopes after doing PGDPD courses offered in NID Bangalore R&D campus after Btech in Electronic And Telecommunications Engineering…..plz reply as soon as possible..
