The National Board of Examinations was founded in 1975 with the main aim of developing the level of the Medical Education by raising the grade and proving values of PG exams in modern medicine on an all India basis. Famous cardiologist Dr Srinath Reddy, medical advisor to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was nominated as the President of National Board of Examination. The Board at now takes PG and P.hd. examinations in fifty-four subjects sanctioned by the Board for the award of Diplomate of National Board. Reddy is presently President, Public Health Foundation of India, and till latterly directed the Department of Cardiology at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).

I shall be thankful to know whether the National Board of Examination has a directory of doctors who were awarded DNB in the super specialities from the beginning of awarding these degrees or diplomas. And how to get it.

I shall be thankful to know how to apply to be an aproved hospital for conducting DNB course . please let me know what are its prerequisits. thanks

I want to start DNB in orthopaedics.MY hospital is 300 beded. we are dealing with all kinds of orthopaedic problem like trauma care ,spine surgery,arthroscopy, arthroplasty,etc
