Introduction
Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation was integrated on July 12, 1999, to enforce the Railway work of Mumbai Urban Transport Project. Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation Limited aims to develop world-class infrastructure for an effective, safe and sustainable Railway system in Mumbai suburban section to allow for comfortable and friendly train services to the commuters. The Department arranges vigilance awareness programme from time to time for the benefit of all involved.
Complaints
Complaint on vigilance subject associate to MRVC can be made by anybody as this forms the main source of Information associate to corruption. While the complainant will have to give all details consider identity etc., the informant will not have to give any details other than the information he chooses to give.
Vigilance
The Vigilance Department of MRVC works in close coordination with the Vigilance Department of the Ministry of Railways and the Central Vigilance Commission. Vigilance Department also advises system improvement where-ever necessary to improve the administrative functioning of MRVC.
