MPSC Exam 2011 for Town Planner
Maharashtra Public Service Commission is the governing authority for carrying Maharashtra State Civil Services examination in the state. Besides the Civil Service examination, commission also takes many other examinations and carries out selection procedure of candidates for service into various departments of Maharashtra state government. The office of the commission is located in the state capital Mumbai.
The MPSC will organize an entrance exam in 2011 for Staff Selection to The Post Of Town Planner, the related details are given below:-

Qualifications
Candidates should have A Degree In ‘Estate Management or Town Planning of a Recognised University’ With A Minimum Experience Of One Year In Town Planning Or Town Planning And Valuation, Gained After Acquiring The Basic Academic Qualification Prescribed, with A Minimum Experience Of One Year In Town Planning.
Age
Not More Than 35 Years as on 1st week of December, 2011, Relaxable as per Rules. The Upper Age Limit Shall Not Apply To Employees Of Govt of Maharashtra. Age Limit May Be Relaxed In Favour Of Candidates with Exceptional Qualification And / Or Experience

Application form is available in the designated Post Offices in the state of Maharashtra only in their working hours.
Selection procedure:
Selection of the candidate will be made on the base of personal interview and written test of the candidate. The candidate selection is also made on the rules and regulation of the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC).
