Introduction
MIDHANI is one of the few metallurgical plants of its kind in the world, conceived to business a wide range of special metals and alloys using integrated and highly flexible creating systems. The Company has about 1,500 employees, including 240 technical executives, with 8 Ph.Ds, 52 M.Tech and 38 Graduate Engineers.
Midhani has also chalked out a plan to increase production of the critical materials required for the three-stage nuclear power programme, space and defense sectors by adopting a two-pronged strategy of expanding indigenous capability and reducing vulnerability to imported equipment.
