Manipal University will conduct an admission test in 2011 for its 4 year Bachelor of Engineering Architecture programme. The programme is available in Manipal Institute of Technology. MIT was founded in 1957 as Manipal Engineering College. With its over 50 years background and expertise in engineering education it is regarded to be among the best private engineering colleges in India. It has tie-ups with various national and international administrations and has also been recognized by NAAC. A prominent number of engineering aspirants apply for admission in MIT every year.

Eligibility Criteria:
A candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics & any one of Chemistry/Biotechnology/Computer Science/Biology/Statistics/Engineering Drawing with atleast 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Maths and the optional subject from the ones mentioned. Also a candidate should have had passed in English. Candidates appearing for 10+2 examinations in 2011 may also apply.
Application Forms:
The application forms will be available from the institute and selected State Bank of India and Axis Bank branches. The application form may also get by post from Manipal University by sending a DD along with the request for form. Candidates can also download the form or apply online through the website www.manipal.edu. Candidates will have to submit the form with attested Documents of10+2/diploma mark sheet and NATA scorecard.
Selection process
Candidates will be picked out for B.E. programmes of MIT on the base of ENAT (EPSI National Admission Test) exam took by EPSI. ENAT exam will be held in a number of centers throughout India. ENAT is a computer based online test which is took over a period of time and candidates have to choose a suitable date.
Pattern of Examination:
ENAT will be of 150 minutes duration consisting of 240 multiple choice questions divided as follows:
Physics: 60 questions
Chemistry: 60 questions
Mathematics: 80 questions
English and General Aptitude: 40 questions
