Maharashtra State Eligibility Test (SET) will be Conducted in 2011 by the by University of Pune which is the state agency appointed by Government. The University is accredited by the University Grants commission (UGC). The University is recognized by the University Grants commission (UGC). University of Pune provided application for all Eligible Candidate who want to take admission in several Programs for academic year 2011.
Eligibility:
Candidates must have a Masters degree with at least 55% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST/PH/VH). Candidates may only appear for SET in the subject in which they have done Masters. There is no upper age limit. Candidates in their final year of awaiting their result can also apply.

Maharashtra SET 2011 Exam Reservation
Reservation of Candidate For admission in Maharashtra SET 2011 Exam Program will be by there’s Govt Rules and Regulation.
Selection Procedure:
Selection of the candidate will be based on the personal interview and written test of the candidate. The candidate selection will be also based on the rules and regulation of the Maharashtra State Eligibility (SET).
Exam Centers
Maharashtra SET Examination 2011 will be taken throughout twelve centers in Maharashtra and Goa: Mumbai, Pune, Kolhapur, Nashik, Jalgaon, Aurangabad, Nanded, Amravati, Nagpur, Goa, Solapur & Chandrapur.
