to whom soever it may concern(in Kumbakonam Municipality)
sir,
A month back I gave an application in person in your office for issue of non availability of birth date of mine(I was born at Kumbakonam on 29-5-1942)
since the same was not registered in your office due to lack of knowledge
of my parents(who are no more now). To support the application I enclosed
self affdavit(attested by notary of Kumbakonam and also a letter from the
councillor of that area). I need a certificate from your office to the effect that
the birth was not registered. Now the midwife who attended the delivery at
home ,both my parents passed away. I am the eldest in my family. All my elders
who know my birth are no more(naturally). Even I do not remember much
about the details except that I was born at Kumbakonam. As a senior citizen
I do not know as to how to get help from your office.
could u please help me to give me non availability certificate based on the
supportive papers I had already enclosed. I will arrange to pay the necessary
service charges at your office . I have requested my relative Mr Nagarajan of
Kumbakonam to follow up this in your office.
