KSCSTE Kerala
Introduction
The Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment (KSCSTE) was constituted in November 2002 as an independent body to advocate and encourage Science and Technology associated activities in the Kerala State by restructuring the formerly State Committee for Science, Technology and Environment (STEC) founded in 1972 in concurrence with the Science Policy of Government of India.
KSCSTE, has declared a programme called “young investigators programme in biotechnology” to furnish quick research support to young scientists to purse their bright ideas in newly issuing and front line areas of research in the exciting area of Biotechnology.
The Kerala Science Congress was founded in 1989 as a means to stimulate interest and proficiency in the sciences.
