KLE University PGCET 2011
KLE University will take an Entrance exam in 2011 for admission to its Post Graduation courses in Medicine and Dentistry: MS, MD, MDS and PGD. KLE University was founded in 2006 when it got the recognition as a sovereign university by University Grants Commission, Ministry of Human Resource Development, and Government of India. The university offers MBBS, BDS, MD/MS, MDS, D.M. M.Ch, Fellowship, Certificate courses, M.Sc programs and Ph.D programs in Health Sciences and also in interdisciplinary research areas, and undergraduate and post graduate courses in the faculties of pharmacy, nursing, Ayurveda and physiotherapy viz B.Pharm and M.Pharm, B.Sc Nursing, Post certificate B.Sc Nursing and M.Sc Nursing, BAMS and MD (Ayurveda), BPT and MPT
Eligibility Criteria PGCET 2011:
Candidates who are appearing in the 12th standard or have cleared the examination with 50% marks in PCB (40% for SC/ST candidates) are eligible to sit in the MBBS entrance of Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical research and Training.
Admissions: The admissions to respective courses are conducted by inter-se merit got in KLEU’s All India entrance test which is taken at more than 18 centers throughout the nation. The admission will be is done on clear and highly transparent basis by containing, for the first time in the nation, the Biometric Analysis and Photo identification of the candidates during the time of writing the entrance test and also throughout the counseling procedure in the presence of govt observers to supervise the whole process of admission and counseling.
