KIAMS conduct a two year fully residential Post Graduate Diploma in Management Programme to train and develop managers for the next millennium. KIAMS provide a state-of-the-art the cognitive process of acquiring skill or knowledge environment with top-of-the-line facilities. Admissions are open for the academic year of 2011and are based on CAT/XAT entrance exam. KIAMS was founded by a great industrial house, the Kirloskar. Post Graduate Programme in Management
Eligibility:
Graduates (at least a three year bachelor’s degree) in any discipline with an aggregate of 50 percent or more marks are eligible to apply. Candidates appearing for the final examination for the bachelor’s degree can also apply, provided they complete their degree course prior to the commencement of the PGDM programme

Admission procedure:
Candidates should appear either Common Admissions Test (CAT) conducted by the IIMs or Xavier Admission Test (XAT) conducted by XLRI.
KIAMS uses CAT and XAT for short listing the candidates. IIMs and XLRI have no role either in selection process or in conduct of the programme.
