Introduction
Jindal Global Law School (JGLS), the flagship school of O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU), imparts globalized education with a view to producing world-class professionals, scholars, and academics in law. JGU is a noncommercial global University launched by the Haryana Private Universities (Second Amendment) Act, 2009 at Sonipat, Haryana (NCR of Delhi) by a generous philanthropic initiative of Mr. Navies Jindal Chancellor, JGU. Ten Research Centres have been founded to interject on cutting edge issues of globalized law and policy ranging from women’s rights to international trade.
