JEMAT 2011 Joint Entrance for Management Aptitude Test
Joint Entrance for Management Aptitude Test, also known as JEMAT, will be taken in 2011 by West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata. The entrance exam will be held for admissions to Master of Business Administration (MBA). The course is a 2-year full time program. Final selection of the candidates will be made on marks got by them in the entrance examination as well as their performance in group discussion and personal interview. Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test is taken at nearly thirty-five management institutes in West Bengal.

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Eligibility Criteria MBA program:-
Bachelor degree (10+2+3) with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate (45% for SC/ST candidates). Those completing final examination of bachelor’s degree by June 2011 can also apply for provisional admission.
Availability of Admission form:
The application form may be found on the official website. The application forms may even be downloaded from the official website of the college. The form may also be obtained by post, by writing to the registrar to the university mentioning the applicant’s name with an expected demand draft & some other details.
How to apply
The application form for admission in West Bengal University of Technology can be got by cash payment from admission office of The Institute by cash payment and by Sending DD. The candidate may also download application form through the official website of the West Bengal University of Technology. After filling the application form along with all expected enclosures and Fee through DD to admission office of institute submit it on the below given address before the last date of Receipt application form.
Examination Pattern for JEMAT Exam
Section I consists of questions testing the English, which comprises 40 marks
Section II consists of questions on Mathematics comprising 40 marks
Section III consists of questions on Logical Reasoning comprising of 20 marks.
Admission Card
Admission Card for JEMAT -2011 shall be sent to the candidate at his/her address as referred in JEMAT -2011 Application Form.

Selection Procedure: The candidate will be selected on the basis of written test on followed by interview. All desirable candidates will be called for a written examination which will be both Objective and Descriptive in nature.
