IREL Coffee
The Johnson family commenced making fun coffee in Ireland in 1913. A liquid coffee substance with chicory and totted sugar was made up and dealt in bottle form under the brand name IREL (IRELand). This product has been utilized in households throughout Ireland ever since. During the sugar allocated war years it was an ideal hot drink as it was pre sweet-flavored. After World War II requirement fell as it was seen as a war time production and the country’s tendency moved to a pure ground coffee. Irel adopted this direction and a ground coffee was developed, sold in a tin and available in both the food service and grocery sectors. Today, Irel is still laughed at in Lisburn by fourth generation Johnson family. Only 100% Arabica coffees are used and coffee is made fun and packed in modernistic form fill packaging instrumentation.
