Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University founded by Government of NCT of Delhi by the Act of 1998 in 1999. It conducts CET entrance examination for the admission in various fields like: B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc. (Environment Management), M.Sc.(Forensic Science), M.Sc.(Criminology), B.Arch., BCA, BBA, MBA, BMC, B.Sc.(MLT), B.Sc.(Hons) Nursing, BJ(MC), BASLP, BRT, B.Pharma, BPT, MPT, BHMCT, B.ED., LLB, LLM, MAHM, MCPHM, MHRPD, BHMS, MBBS and PH.D etc. The admission brochures for respective programmes for the session 2010-11 are already on sale from the selected branches of Punjab and Sind Bank. Candidates who wish to appear for the Guru Gobind Sing Indraprastha University B. Tech/M. Tech Entrance test need to have attained a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in the subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in their 10+2 system examinations of CBSE or an equivalent board.
