Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research is inviting application from eligible candidates for admission into M.Sc. Economics M.Phil / PhD Economics for upcoming session 2010-2011. These are interdisciplinary programmes starting August 2010. The period of time of M.Phil Programme is two years and that of Ph.D. programme is 4 years. Candidates will be picked out on the base of their achievement in a written examination and a personal interview. The written test stresses general aptitude, analytical ability and methodical skills. Application form and course catalogue may be bought from the Institute students’ office by paying cash on a working day or by the post by sending a DD of Rs 200/- (non-refundable) payable to Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research (IGIDR).
