Indian Army Recruiting Office, Ambala Cantt will hold an open recruitment rally to recruit Soldier General Duty, Soldier Clerk, Store Keeper and Havildar Education, from 5th to 14th May 2010 at Police Lines, Ambala City.
Spokesman of Army said on May 5, the recruitment for the post of Soldier General Duty would be carried on only for sons of servicemen, ex-serviceman, widows and war widows or certificate holders of NCC and sports hailing from districts of Ambala, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Yamunanagar, Kaithal, Panchkula and Chandigarh.
Giving points of the rally, Col Abraham said about 4,000 campaigners was screened for the posts of soldier (general duty), clerk (technical) and nursing adjunct from 6,000 who reported in the morning today.
