Fellowship Programs in Management at IIMs intentions to develop the candidates as specialists, researchers, and as academicians. The programs have the first 2 years in common with the Post Graduate Programs. Except IIM- Bangalore all other IIMs in India are rendering FPM course. The Candidates should have passed graduation with 60 % aggregate to do this MBA course. The program fits out students for careers in teaching and research, as staff-level specialists in functional fields and sectors in corporate, government, non-government and international organizations, and as consultants. Admission will be grounded on academic eligibilities, performance in the written tests, personal interviews and work experience. Candidates will be evaluated for their rational abilities and research aptitude.
