The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education was Brought about or set up or accepted; especially long established in 1969 by an Act No.14 of 1968. HP board conducts examinations for the 8th, 10th, 11th, 12th class and also departmental examination such as J.B.T., T.T.C and P.V.T.C are also conducted by the Board of HP. HP board opened following vacancies in 2010, it may be opened same vacancies in 2011, and the details given are below

Applications on the prescribed format are invited from eligible candidates for the following posts of Clerks to be filled on Contract basis
Eligibility
Candidate should have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board/University.
AGE LIMIT:
The age limit shall be 18-45

The application form should be accompanied with a fee of prescribed fees for unreserved category in the shape of DEMAND DRAFT drawn in favour of SECRETARY, H.P. BOARD OF SCHOOL EDUCATION DHARAMSHALA.
Selection procedure
The selection shall be based on the basis of merit of written test and personal interview to be drawn category-wise.
