GVMC Birth Certificate
REGISTER A BIRTH:
Every individual has the responsibility to inform any birth in their house to the Registrar of births and deaths. This information should be submitted within 21 days of occurrence and a certificate of Birth on free of cost under section 12 of the Act will be sent.
Late Registration:
Under section 13.I.II.III of the Birth and Death Registration Act 1969 a birth should be reported before 21 days.
BIRTH CERTIFICATE:
The individuals who require Birth certificates can do so at Andy e-Seva Centre/City Civic Center at GVMC Main Office Campus.
The first copy costs Rs.25/- and every additional copy costs Rs.10/-

I want my son’s Date of Birth Certificate with his name, to utilise the same for the purpose of obtain pass port.
