Gurukul Kangri University
Gurukula Kangri University was established in 1902. This institution was demonstrated with the goal of providing an indigenous alternative to Lord Macaly’s education policy by imparting education in the areas of vedic literature, Indian philosophy, Indian culture, modern sciences and research. Gurukula has witnessed many distinguished guests in its journey till date. The impetus for the basis was found in the teachings and activities of Dayananda Saraswati, collapse of the Arya Samaj.
