Common Entrance Test is managed or control by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU). The entrance examination is held for the purpose of admission into different engineering, technological and scientific disciplines at bachelors’ degree level programmes leading to Bachelor of technology (B.Tech.). Admission to 6 years dual degree programme Indicating the most important performer or role to Master of Technology (M.Tech.) and Lateral Entry to Engg. Diploma holders in different B.Tech programmes are also offered from one side of an opening or location to the other Common Entrance Test (CET).

Eligibility
There is no uniformity in the eligibility criteria for programmes offered by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University through its Common Entrance Test. Different programme have different eligibility conditions. So candidates are advised to go through properly the eligibility condition required for the courses to which they are seeking admission.
Application form
For the convenience to the applicants as well as their parents / guardians, the University is also providing the facility of On-Line Submission of Application Form of CET – 2011. The Application Form along with the Common Entrance Test Fee and postage and handlings can be submitted through Online. The Admit Cards will, however, be sent only by registered post.
