The Delhi Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation Ltd were Brought about or set up or accepted; especially long established in 1983 to provide financial assistance for economic development of scheduled caste people of Delhi. Subsequently, it was nominated as channelising agency for providing financial assistance to OBCs and STs also

Basic Eligibility Criteria Common to All Schemes
Caste certificate issued by the Superintendent District Magistrate
(SDM) of the area for SC/ST/OBC schemes.
The applicant should be a resident of Delhi for which a permanent
ration card or voters identity card issued by the government of Delhi
Is to be submitted
Income certificate issued by the concerned SDM
