Distance Learning Loans
The Distance Learning and Telemedicine Grant and Loan Program (DLT) is a program passed through the 1990 farm bill (P.L. 101-624) to offer aids to rural schools and health care suppliers to assistant them invest in telecommunications services and equipment to bring educational and medical resources to rural fields where the facilities otherwise might be unavailable.
