Neuroscience Masters Degree is the study of the structure and function of the nervous system. The overall objective of the Department of Neuroscience Master’s Degree program is to provide additional laboratory research and academic training to students who have completed an undergraduate major in neuroscience or a closely related scientific area, and wish to apply their studies before moving on to other post-graduate training or professional employment. Areas of increase include neuroplasticity, synaptic transmission, homeostatic regulatory systems, and biological bases of neuropsychiatric disorders, cognitive neuroscience, and developmental neuroscience. The programme aims to allow trainees in neurology and related fields to study their specialty in greater depth and to provide in-depth knowledge and skills in order to: Develop a detailed agreement of the anatomical, physiological and pathological basis of symptoms and signs of neurological disorders; consistently comprise advances in genetics, molecular neuroscience, electrophysiology and neuroimaging into clinical practice
